Navigating these uncharted waters has been challenging but with some work and dedication, I've started feeling more like myself again. A big part of this,has been reclaiming (and insisting) on some time to lovingly care for myself each day. None of this needs to cost a lot (or even a thing). Most of these are in sync with good ecological stewardship as well.
